As backpackers, we enjoyed the clean, comfortable rooms and great location. the beds were the best we've slept on in any hotel.

I would stay there again, truly enjoyed the hotel. The property is clean ; extremely spacious rooms ; comfy bed. The personnel is affable and consistently courteous. The continental breakfast is a great bonus. The location is favourable, 1 mile from Tanger Outlets Fort Worth.

Its rooms are a nice size with microwave, a large bathroom plus a Jacuzzi tub as advertised...

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was exceptional. The front desk clerk, Ms. Gwen, went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. Despite our fatigue and credit card issues, she greeted us warmly and even found hot cocoa for my hungry sons. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was wonderful. Thank you for a perfect stay.

We encountered a double charge for our three-night stay and experienced some issues with missing money. However, the hotel itself was clean and nice as always.

We spent Christmas at a hotel and we enjoyed the stay. The two facts offered were accurate making it easy to find the hotel. Despite being located near a busy highway, the hotel room was quiet. The best aspect was that breakfast was provided and it had a good variety of food options to choose from.

The worst aspect was that the shower did not have enough water pressure making it hard to rinse off soap. The hand-held wand had more pressure than the actual showerhead.
